If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any personalised items unless they are faulty, this includes items with personal names, business or club logos or items specifically designed or ordered in for you.

The policy outlined below is for change of mind returns. So if you have purchased the wrong size, your child didn’t want a rugby top, or you get home & you already have a cupboard full of polo tops please keep reading.



You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed & in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging (if applicable)

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Exchange or Credit

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, you will be able to exchange it for another item (up to the value of the returned item) or receive a store credit for the amount of the item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if necessary. Shipping costs are non refundable.
