RETURNS, REPAIR & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any personalised items unless they are faulty, this includes items with personal names, business or club logos or items specifically designed or ordered in for you.
If you have purchased an item from us which you believe is faulty please read below for our returns, repair & refund policy.
If you believe an item you purchased from us is faulty please return it or contact us as soon as you become aware of the issue.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Repair, Refund or Replacement
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the issue with the item is a major one we will refund the purchase price, replace the item or if you choose to keep the item, compensate you for it's decreased value.
A major issue is when an item:
Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it had you known about it
Is significantly different from the sample or description
Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for & can't be easily fixed
If the issue with an item is not major we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If the item is not fixed within a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
